They are VERY rude when you don’t have insurance. Doctor acts like you’re an inconvenience and nurse dismisses you before you ever get the chance to see a doctor. They act like you’re trying to get a hand out and time off when you’re really hurt. And then they delayed calling about results and claimed surgery wouldn’t be needed. Got a second opinion. Urgent surgery needed!! RUDE ALL AROUND!! Need to be Fired! Complaints made!

They are professional kind and listen. All team members are so great. Dr Kosub is the best. She has been my doctor for over 22 years. Dr Stanley is great too

I got out in a reasonable time. I did not have to wait too long like you do in the regular clinics. The staff was very friendly!

NP Misty Blalock saved Cassie’s life, no doubt about it. Long story short...Cassie has been sick with a kidney infection for 2 months off and on never getting well. Doctors and labs...can’t find anything wrong with her. Well...Blalock took one look at her and sent her to an ER bc she felt she was septic. Baylor in McKinney confirmed sepsis. After 2 weeks in the ICU, it has also been determined she has Addison’s Disease. THANK YOU MISTY BLALOCK.

Misty was amazing with us tonight. We came in close to 7. They got us back quickly. We discussed all our concerns with her and she listened. Right away she knew what was wrong! We had a wonderful experience! Thank you all for the kindness and most importantly helping us! Luis and Whitney were wonderful too! As well as the nurse who’s name I did not catch but he was very kind!

Thanks to you, Dr. Kosub and your nurse (retired Marine - and best shot giver EVER!!) - I’m feeling better already and headed to my grandson’s Christmas Party!! 🤶🏻🎅🏻🎄 I’ve been treated successfully at HMEC many times over the last several years, from the flu, back injury, to shingles - you name it. Thanks again for keeping me going 😊❤️ PS.... I didn’t even pass out this time when I got my shot!!! 👍😁
