RecommendedGreat service!! I didn’t have to have my eyes dilated since pictures were taken of my eyes. Dr Drees took his time, did the exams and asked if I had questions a couple of times. The receptionist was very nice and check in was fast. My wait time was just a couple of minutes. The lady who helped me with my frames was very patient! I felt bad since making a decision was very hard with all of the choices!!
From the time I walked in the door til I got my glasses the whole staff was very nice...I'm very pleased with my new glasses.
Everyone is always so compassionate and genuinely concerned. Thank you for all your years of service! I recommend you to everyone!
Dr. ACKERMAN was fast and officiate. In regards to the staff on the other hand..... reception was short and uninformed. My experience with returning to my home town Optometrist was disappointing. So often Practices are judged by their employees and not their skill. Hopefully they resolve this issue.
