We hired Hopkins Homes, LLC to rebuild our deck. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied. The entire experience has been a nightmare comprised of poor workmanship, missed deadlines, lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and failure to address concerns. Three and a half months after contracting, the job remains unfinished, and what has been completed is not up to par. We do NOT recommend Hopkins Homes, LLC.
I recently hired Hopkins Homes, LLC (David Hopkins) to rebuild an enclosed deck for my home. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. Here are the key issues I encountered: Poor Workmanship: The quality of the deck construction was subpar. There were visible flaws in the materials used, uneven surfaces, exposed nails, gapping, and several areas where the wood wasn't properly secured.
