The apartments themselves are very nice, but my overall experience has been pretty disappointing. The walls are thin, and the emergency stairwells are confusing and not very accessible. Management has been unreliable; they initially offered one lease price, then backed out and came back with a higher one. They also don’t fully honor promotions as advertised. Don't waste your time this company! I was looking at this property for an apartment for my Mother. I reached out and spoke with the property manager, Rachel Emmet. She completely brushed me off right after I mention that my Mother had Section 8. Isn't this illegal! Rachel is completely unprofessional, and the impression this Hopkins Group LLC exhibits, is plainly discriminative behavior towards low income citizens. PLEASE READ: DO NOT RENT/LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY (for multiple reasons) #1 I lived at an apartment for only a year. Close to the end of my lease, they decided it was appropriate to raise the rent over to appropriate percentage amount. Which, is illegal. But landlords get away with it because tenants tend to not know their rights. #2 I mostly communicated with Rachel Emmet.
