Thank you Mark for a great carpet installation on a custom staircase. Each step was a slightly differently width in our 1928 house with additional cutouts in the hallway. Casondra was very helpful with the selection process through completion. I highly recommend the team for a job well done!
Superior to all their competitors! Hopkins Carpet One has been great to work with on every level. Buyer beware!!! They do not honor their warranty. You will waste months trying to get Dan or any other salesperson just to return a phone call. They will put you through a long, drawn out process and you will have done all of the right things and yet they will still find a way to tell you they will not replace the carpet. I agree with all of the other negative feedback responses on this page as they are all true. Do not use this company.
We had Dan Tillman come to our home twice, along with his employee Rocky. We were promised a quote on carpet as well as hard wood flooring. We called them several times and NEVER received a call back. We wasted a lot of time and were incredibly frustrated by the lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend them.

Hello Cynthia-- I deeply regret not having contacted you in April 2016 to let you know that we were not comfortable taking on your flooring project. Our inability to determine an efficient way to remove 2 portions of your subfloor without doing damage to your railing (as well as the ceiling below) left us too uncertain of a satisfactory result. I'm very sorry for not communicating this to you and your husband when we visited you home.
We worked with Mark Kondziolka of Hopkins Carpet One to recarpet our three level home. We were completely happy with the price, service and professionalism of everyone there! We chose four different carpets, and they all look great! I was especially happy with how Mark had the stairway Carpet edges bound and how great it all looks! We are looking forward to working with them again if we do hardwood floors, and would recommend them to anyone!

I am so sorry to not be able to work with Carpet One on my flooring needs. But, unfortunately, working with Dan and others at Carpet One has been the worst experiences I have ever had in home ownership. I have found the employees to be rude, unresponsive, and, worst of all, dismissive of my attempt to hire them for a flooring install. I have wasted 2 months with this company (I wanted to give a small business the benefit of the doubt) and am disheartened that I haven't even been able to get a quote for an install that I was ... read more
