I had a toilet to hang up and over flow. Isreal showed up to my house in record setting time(30 min). He was able to suck out all the water and save me A LOT of money. He also helped me with pictures throughout the whole ordeal showing everything that he had done for me to provide to my insurance company. Because of his fast response time and professionalism my insurance paid for all damages. Hopkins Carpet cleaner is and will always be my first and only choice when it comes to any of my normal and emergency clean up needs.

To whom it may concern, I just want to say that Israel and his company did a fantastic job with my carpet. Our carpet was almost beyond cleaning and it looks brand new! He stayed and did the extra scrubbing and detail that was necessary and was kind in the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed their carpet cleaned. It’s so hard to find people who will actually do what they say and do it for a fair price. And this company goes above and beyond the call of duty. I will surely use them again!
