I have been with Hopewell since I was 16 years old. Today I closed my account for good. I called to talk about fees I had. I was treated so bad I was crying. Then asked to be transfer to the CEO. He was HORRIBLE!!! Left message that was rude! I will be sharing the voicemail with everyone. They have lost their caring and family environment.
I have wriiten emails about my concerns over the lack of enforcement of the no hat policy. Before Christmas I observed a customer at the 21st street office with a ballcap on and no one asked him to remove it. The email I sent was the second one and and I requested an answer of which I have not received. My question was do we have a policy or not.
