I was thinking of switching my money over here full time, but after reading all these negative reviews, I'm not so sure.
We have banked here for over 13 years both personal and small business. I am so sick of the holds! They put holds on business account checks written from big corporations that they know darn well are not going to bounce to an account that has NEVER bounced an outgoing check! Time to look for a new bank. Sick of being treated like a criminal.
They are rude, misrepresenting, and attempt to blackmail folks. This is not a good practice.
I would not recommend this disservice of a company. Rudeness only carries you so far, but the lies take it over the top! Do yourself a favor, JUST DON'T. Unless you are a glutton for punishment and tolerate lackluster service then this place is for you. How a company can tolerate their employees being this bad is amazing. #turnandgoelsewhere #disservice

I have the misfortune of taking a loan out with these people via some HVAC my wife and I had done on our home. I had never heard of these people before this. After I went out of town for an extended period my wife tried logging in on their website to make a payment. The home page clearly shows a "log in" and "password" area to populate.
