This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Since switching to a more nurse practitioner based approach about a year ago, they have progressively gotten worse. They let my favorite doctor go about a year ago, with no notice. It takes forever to receive meds you need. Rarely ever will someone call you back. Appointment reminders are not sent and they have cancelled on me with no notice. I’ve only talked to one competent individual in the past year (Lilli). They really need a zero star button. Customer service is just horrible horrible horrible. Being in this type of program is scary they are so rude and they do NOT do there job correctly or AT ALL. I wouldn't trust the with ANYTHING. Having any kind of business with this program would be lowering your standards in everyway, save yourself the disappointment. I don't like leaving reviews but they definitely EARNED a bad one.
