They really need a zero star button. Customer service is just horrible horrible horrible. Being in this type of program is scary they are so rude and they do NOT do there job correctly or AT ALL. I wouldn't trust the with ANYTHING. Having any kind of business with this program would be lowering your standards in everyway, save yourself the disappointment. I don't like leaving reviews but they definitely EARNED a bad one.

The level of incompetence at this organization is astonishing. Employees seem to be leaving in droves. I've never seen anything like it.
