I was told to order a dress 2 sizes larger than my normal size based off my measurements, which I questioned, but agreed to go with the size they suggested. I paid for the dress, then later got another paid invoice charging $30 to my card again because the dress size was so large it was an extra fee. -They didn't tell me they were charging my card again, just got the receipt in the mail. Got the dress in, and it was defiantly way too big so the additional $30 for the large dress size, plus the $100+ alterations that ended up... read more
RecommendedI have had a great experience at Hope's so far! Said yes to the dress during my first dress appointment, the ladies were extremely helpful and patient with me (and my indecisiveness). I had NO idea what I wanted, and did not think I would have a "this is THE dress" moment, but I did. They also picked out a veil that matched my dress perfectly and kept me informed when each came in. They let me come back the next week with more people to show them my dress. I had the best experience at Hope’s in Atkins! Ariel was fantastic and helped me find the perfect dress. I never felt overwhelmed. I can’t wait to try it on again and wear it on the big day!!! Thank you Ariel and thank you Hope’s!!!!!
RecommendedAriel was super nice and helpful! She went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and helped pick the perfect dress for me!! She even had it shipped to me when I moved out of the area! The dress was gorgeous and the service was awesome! I went after a horrible experience at a nationwide store and didn't know what I wanted. Ariel was awesome at helping and getting me excited. Definitely recommend.
