I just spoke to the owner and she knew exactly what you were referring to. She has tried to call but wasn't able to leave a message. She will try again today. This was all a mistake that has been cleared up with the manager who you spoke to. Since you had already booked the appointment, you shouldn't have been contacted to change it as you said. I'm sorry for our growing pains!

Everyone at Hope's is happy, helpful, and attentive. Every time I walked through the door, there was a smile on everyone's face. I wowed our friends and family with my 'sex in the city' dress. (I kept my dress a secret.) My veil and blingy belt were the perfect accessories. Thanks Hope's for helping me say yes.

Got my dress, headpiece, and jewelry back in October! They listened to what my vision was for the day (great gatsby theme) and were incredibly helpful, not pushy at all!! Katie the manager and a gal with long dark curly hair (ohhhhh I'm sorry, her name is on the tip of my tongue and I just can't think of it) were helping me! Suuuuper helpful and fun to work with!
