My mom went in for a simple cataract surgery and this Dr Hopen acted recklessly by ignoring information that endangered my mother's life by giving IODINE which he knew she was allergic too, but he still applied it to her eye. She went into CARDIAC ARREST ended up in ICU. Three weeks later she passed away. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
