Very good first Telehealth appointment with Justin, and very good communication with Tanya getting setup for in office appointments.
The *people* at Hopemark are great. However, I really hate the volume of communication I get from Hopemark. After every (weekly) visit, they text me to request that I leave them a review (like this). And prior to every visit, they send an text request for confirmation, then do an automated call for confirmation (regardless of whether I’ve confirmed the text), then send reminders via both text and email 24 hours before the appointment, and again via text and email 2 hours before.
