Unethical and irresponsible communication for a mental health practice. I got no response from anyone at anytime. We wasted time creating a profile because their automated system told us to, and then we were completely ignored.

I would just like to state that I’m so very thankful I came across Hopefull Counseling and Psychiatry LLC. I was having some things going on with my child and due to his age it made things very difficult and it was getting so hard that my child was facing trouble at school. If I could I would leave zero stars. They almost never answer calls, and they are really terrible about refilling antidepressants. To work with them to say the least is a nuisance, they neglect their patients and I honestly dont know how they sleep at night.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with a business. Can’t get in touch with anyone, can’t get an appointment for literally months, that doesn’t mean, you call and schedule out months, that means you can’t get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment for months. Extremely disorganized. I cancelled an appointment, the office reached out to tell me the doctor was waiting. I’m prepared for my appointment but never get the link for TeleHealth! God forbid I experience a crisis. Unacceptable and should be closed down.

There are so many negative reviews here & it blows my mind. I feel the need to state that more reviews are written from a perspective of anger or dissatisfaction than from happiness or satisfaction. My experience with this office was unequivocally life changing. I no longer survive life; I fully live life. No more intense anxiety, no panic attacks or operating out of fear.
