As a client, I’ve had a great experience with this therapy practice. The therapists are compassionate, professional, and consistently provide great therapy in a supportive and welcoming environment. Having more than one therapist at the practice makes it easy to find the right therapist, and the overall quality of therapy really stands out. The monthly group workshops are an added bonus and offer meaningful tools and insight. If you’re looking for a great therapist and high-quality therapy, I highly recommend this practice.
Kendra has a way of getting you to open up and exposing yourself to emotions and feelings you thought were safely tucked away and helping you find peace with them. Very good at listening and making you be involved, even if your timid to it at first, you find yourself wanting more of what she has to offer. I would go nowhere else.
i have been seen Kendra since 2020 and she has been such a amazing person, she has helped through my lowest and has always helped steer me in the right direction, i wouldn't be here without her and if i could give her more stars i would! she is an amazing therapist and an even more amazing person with such an beautiful personality with a golden heart!! if your looking for a good person to help you through your dark days she is the one!
