Atrocious. Dirty. Air conditioning was not working. Witnessed RBT yanking a young boy off the floor waist high. Another walking around with McDonald’s eating in front of children. RBT’s on their cell phones. An old office building turned into a makeshift “school setting”. No cameras (I see why now). The report for my daughter was filled with mistakes, non truths and several spelling errors . When my daughter (not son as stated in the report) was with the RBT after I was told she did great. Such a wonderful place with truly caring and patient people. Communication is excellent, and they’ve made everything so smooth for our family. We were nervous at first because our son usually struggles with new environments, but he absolutely loves his school and adjusted so quickly. We’re beyond grateful for the support and understanding he receives here.
Exceptional ABA Therapy, we are blessed to have our son in this location. The BCBA Alexandra and my son’s RBTs are angels in my son’s life. Keep to mention that the center Director is an outstanding professional. You can truly see his commitment, passion, and dedication to helping children with autism.
