I came to transport a client of theirs and needed to use the bathroom, so I asked and I was informed that the director stated it's a lot of paperwork that needs to be filled out just to use the bathroom. I think that is just insane¡
I would like to say, this center is so much better then in the beginning. To me it seems like there are people that actually care. I'm so glad that my grandson has the therapists that he has. I can forget about his BCBA Delilah, she is awesome. She's very hands on with my grandson. I'm so blessed and pleased that she's at the center, there's a big difference.
The staff was so kind and caring. My child as well as myself loved everything and the visit with them especially their great caring and loving energy they have working with the family! Definitely recommend
I enjoyed the assistance that I got from Hopebridge.They have a wonderful staff. My daughter loves going there. They made a difference with her speech and communicating with others.
