I see why the reviews are mostly negative. One star for showing me off the bat of what would be to come had I chosen to utilize you for my son.

They schedule evaluations just to put kids on a waiting list. It’s going on three months. What was the point? To bill insurance for financial gain and keep all these families waiting

It’s a good thing I didn’t wait on them for an evaluation because if so I’d be waiting 2+ years just to get a call back. I called monthly since 2022 to check is there was availability for an evaluation and I was always met with “we will call you and let you know”. Never called. Never communicated. Good luck getting any kind of help here. They will forget about you and they don’t keep track of who’s on the waitlist for evaluations and therapy itself. Was on waiting list for an autism evaluation for about 7 months before being called asking was I still interest in therapy. After responding I never wanted therapy , I was told someone else would call me. I was again on the waitlist for months. I eventually Called again and I got an evaluation date for both the intake & eval right away (could’ve been done) , I completed all prior paperwork and they did not call me for my virtual intake appointment, I called and left vm STILL no one reached out maybe 2 months later.
