A great place! My daughter did not attend long, but in the time she was here, she made great progress on her personal goals and they were all great with her! I would highly recommend this office, or ABC pediatric therapy in Milford, Ohio! Incredible people who not only care about your child deeply but the entire family as a whole and that is so important! Look no further.
Terrible service! Nobody EVER follows up with you regarding starting services!! They told me in October that I would be contacted in November for part-time service options and have gotten NOTHING! I’ve been calling and you can’t even get a hold of someone because nobody returns your voicemails or their voicemail box is full and you can’t even place a message! Hopebridge is great, the RBT'S, BCBA'S, and therapist are amazing. The center has the possibility to be even better, if it weren't for the very high turnover rate. My child has attended Hopebridge for almost 2 years, she has made huge strides, and the improvements we've seen have been amazing. Yet with those strides, due to the changing of BCBA'S, and revolving RBT'S, we've seen regression that comes with concerning behavior, and this latest episode being highly concerning. Honestly I’m just upset because I can’t get them to return any communication regarding beginning service. We did an insurance check back in 2021 I believe, maybe 2022 but we weren’t ready (we didn’t go past the initial insurance benefit check) I did a check this year and made my intentions of starting clear. I was told that somebody would get back to me. I called maybe two weeks later because I still hadn’t heard and left a message. That was about two weeks ago. Still nothing.
