I would never recommend HopeBridge to anyone. Going through the process is hard enough but it’s even harder when they give a diagnosis in 15 minutes and then you try contacting them consistently for 3 weeks and not a work no email no call nothing. Worst experience I would never get services through them
Yes hopebridge cares so long as your rich … lower and middle class families kids don’t matter , story of America just thought all beautiful children were still equal when they need help:(
As an RBT who has seen what really goes on behind the closed doors at Hopebridge I strongly advise caregivers who are looking for services to go elsewhere. Client dignity is not upheld and when I brought my concerns to the center manager Brittany, I was laughed at and made to feel less than. These concerns I brought to their attention involved PHI and HIPAA being violated, and clients have not been getting proper care at Hopebridge. Great staff! Samantha, Caroline and Kyle do great with my child. I’m impressed with their professionalism and caring demeanor. We’ve seen a difference in my sons behavior just a few MOs.
