RecommendedGreat folks to work with on diabetic care with me living in Lubbock but working in Austin.
Very friendly, courteous staff. Reasonable prices. Listened to my concerns and didn't rush me out the door.
Very poor customer service, called to get test results well after they were supposed to call and tell me and couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to, and when I finally did the nurse HUNG UP on me. Never going back.
This place was awesome. No judgement from the staff whatsoever. Very welcoming and very considerate. I want to make the my Primary Care Provider.
I love going to this place! The staff &.Dr's do an awesome job taking care of their patients.
