i was torn between rating a 3/4, because while i learned a lot and grew a lot, something that stuck with is that during my last session with my therapist (she knew it was the last), she said she thought i “might have depression”, and while we were really heavily working on my other issues, i kind of thought that the possibility i had depression was apparent- besides that she was always welcoming and let paint and create whatever in the world i wanted :) overall good besides that one thing.
If you’re having issues, I would call someone else. I’ve called three times and left 3 messages over the past couple weeks and never heard back.
