Dr. Hope Rugo is the best!
After you wait that long its hard to be gracious. Plus after she entered the room was texting other people for a bit and continued to text others during my appointment
I adore Dr. Rugo, and am really sad she is leaving UCSF. This is a huge loss! She is the absolute best, and has provided me with excellent care. I will always be grateful for her.

Not only was Dr Rugo extremely knowledgable and brilliant but she was down to earth, kind and listened to my concerns and questions
Dr. Rugo is an excellent oncologist. She reviewed my CT scans and discussed my treatment. She listened to my questions and ordered appropriate follow ups. She was both highly professional and very reassuring. An excellent combination of skills which I find very soothing.
Dr Rugo and her fellow, Kelsey, were kind, compassionate and took so much time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.
