I was in a bad place when I came across hope, it took me a while to make the decision to come here but I’m glad I did. My mindset has had a complete 180 thanks to all of the team at hope and my councillor Matt. For the first time in years I feel grateful and content and I can genuinely say there is peace in my heart. If you feel like you’re just free falling deeper into addiction, into a life that you don’t want reach out to the team at hope. Pull the parachute cord.

Came to hope a broken man and left a much better person, mentally and physically, the staff are very easy to get along with and the food is excellent so is the accommodation. My councillor Micheal is such a good person to dive deep into your problems from an addict pov and self pov. Would recommend anyone who is struggling to not leave it any longer and come here, you won’t regret it. CH

Hope Rehab has genuinely changed me as a person. It’s given me a completely new perspective on life and helped me believe that I can achieve my goals and move forward from my past. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and supported, which made a huge difference in my journey. I also built strong friendships with people who understood me, and that meant a lot. I’m grateful for the experience and everything it’s helped me become.

This is truly a special place where real change can happen, speaking from personal experience. The programme is well structured, with a daily routine that includes group sessions, one-to-one counselling, and time for reflection. What stood out to me most was the people - both the staff and the other residents. There's a genuine sense of care and honesty, which makes it a safe place to look at yourself properly and start making changes. It's not always easy, but that's kind of the point.
