I have not had a positive experience either time I have gone to this place. The staff are rude, curt and more inclined to give orders to veterans that to actually help them. The staff seem to hate their jobs and are just trying to get through the work day and get out, or retire. I haven't met any of the friendly, helpful staff that some have. Not one time has anyone asked "Is there anything I can do for you, can I help you, in any way."
