I called because I'm currently overwhelmed by a chronic health condition that is getting worse and my treatment is being delayed. I was also having a panic attack from all this. I thought talking to someone might help and they could at least help me relax, but the nurse on the line did not sound friendly at all. She didn't listen to anything I was saying and sounded extremely apathetic. I was debating on going there to have people help my anxiety, but after this experience I will not ever be going. My experience was extremely disappointing due to poor leadership and inadequate supervision. Management failed to communicate, dismissed concerns, and showed a lack of compassion and accountability during a mental health crisis. I had a choice on wether I stayed or not. I really appreciate that part. You go and seek help because you feel like your going insane and nobody will listen to you, acknowledge you, see you but then your forced to stay after the long talks are over. Exactly what you need when you don't get interaction from people for sooooo long that you feel invisible. Li... read more

I believe this place is 100% unprofessional. Y’all really need to get some new nurses. This lady said she was a nurse but literally treated me ... read more

I was there last Tuesday night through Friday afternoon. It was my first time being in a facility. I really needed it after everything that I’ve been going through, and what had just occurred to me the night I checked in. The people there were super friendly, caring, considerate, kind, helpful, and supportive. I’ve never met anyone like it especially given they’re all strangers but not anymore. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to everyone there I came across to want me to get better and make progress. It was a well n... read more
