My experience was extremely disappointing due to poor leadership and inadequate supervision. Management failed to communicate, dismissed concerns, and showed a lack of compassion and accountability during a mental health crisis. The head staff did not provide appropriate support, which made an already vulnerable situation worse rather than helpful
I had a choice on wether I stayed or not. I really appreciate that part. You go and seek help because you feel like your going insane and nobody will listen to you, acknowledge you, see you but then your forced to stay after the long talks are over. And sometimes you probably need to but sometimes you don't. They let me go home. ⭐ Secondly everyone was amazing! Down to earth. Shared their own stories. Talked, laughed. Literally the worst place to call ever when you were in a crisis I literally called was talking about how I tried to harm myself and needed to help. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to everyone there I came across to want me to get better and make progress. It was a well n... read more
Great people here.. for the most part. Staff was incredibly helpful. I'd give five stars but came across a few issues. They aren't prepared for food allergies. Couple folks there said I didn't want to eat...cutting my communication off, turned to whisper to their coworkers right infront of me, while being super sarcastic about my food allergies. I get it... but retrain folks on sensitivity about those issues. Also, one nurse...just one, was to busy telling me not to cuss (I was angry because they didn't even have food for me... read more
