this place was great at first but the new property managers are making this place feel like a prison you pay for. And the landlord is uptight & rude she will hand out lease violations for nothing huge. Kids aren’t welcome here to play like kids because the owners & management is so controlling! Just called for availability on a 1 bedroom.. and they have a 2.5 - 3 year waiting list...only reason I'm rating a 1 star. Otherwise...looks like a pretty nice place to live.
Great apartments! Brand new and very modern at a great price. Gigabyte internet through century link, and ethernet connections in every room. They let you make it home, even if that means drilling a few holes in the walls. The Inter-hallways can get noise and a little vulgar, but that is pretty rare. Noise from neighbors is small, even if neighbors were noise sound insulation is good. Managers are always pleasant to work with as long as you aren't causing trouble.
I'm not going to offer any speculation, only facts. The land lord has worked with me for the last 2 months to not only get me in, but did alot of emergency help to ensure I could bring my 9 month old son with me. The background check took a while to complete and clear, as most of you with clean records know, this can happen, but she kept me updated the whole time.
