We sold our home FSBO. The buyers of our home used Mike as their relator. Working with Mike was a pleasure. He was very easy to communicate with, responded to any questions almost immediately or had a team member who could help answer any questions. Even though we sold by owner, Mike made working with him and his buyers extremely easy and very smooth. Mike was always communicating during the process which made it feel seamless throughout. Highly recommend Mike and The Derrick Team. 5 Stars for sure!!
