I truly appreciate Dr. Eljorani. She is kind, knowledgeable, she listens to my concerns, and she has no problem writing referrals. I’ve had issues with the front office staff being disorganized over the years, unfortunately, and more recently, Dr. Eljorani has cancelled approximately 7 appointments in a row, leaving me to depend on walk-in clinics and pharmacies. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but I hope it gets sorted soon because I don’t want to lose Dr. Eljorani.
I’ve had an excellent experience at Hope Medical Clinic. The staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. The doctors take the time to listen and explain things clearly, and I’ve always felt respected and well looked after. Booking appointments is straightforward, and wait times have been reasonable. The clinic is clean, organized, and has a calm atmosphere that makes visits much more comfortable. I have been with dr eljorani for a few years. Her nurse practitioner is great as well. The dr is direct, knowledgeable, and quick to refer if required or consult with a specialist. She has opinions, you dont have to agree with her 100 percent on every point. I appreciate this clinic, the front staff and their care and follow up. I highly recommend.
