My experiences at this clinic have always been good. Sometimes there has been a long wait but one must understand that its like this everywhere. Dr. Eljorani takes the time to hear what you are saying and is very empathetic. She is worth the wait :) Thank you to all of the staff for working hard everyday!
Receptionist was somewhat rude and uninterested in answering any questions. Gave very short answers which really if she just made a little more effort to answer the question would of resulted in less questions and made for a more pleasant convo on both ends.
Dr. Eljorani is a really good doctor. My husband has another doctor in Spruce Grove and she doesn't even order a differential on his CBC. Dr. Eljorani will check everything out and is very smart. I don't mind waiting if she is behind. I feel lucky to have her. I feel her compassion. Her heart is huge, I can tell, but I have heard her yell at people on multiple occasions, which makes me feel bad for the staff and Dr. Hamdi, but also that she might attack me if I ask the wrong questions.
