I’ve had an excellent experience at Hope Medical Clinic. The staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. The doctors take the time to listen and explain things clearly, and I’ve always felt respected and well looked after. Booking appointments is straightforward, and wait times have been reasonable. The clinic is clean, organized, and has a calm atmosphere that makes visits much more comfortable. I have been with dr eljorani for a few years. Her nurse practitioner is great as well. The dr is direct, knowledgeable, and quick to refer if required or consult with a specialist. She has opinions, you dont have to agree with her 100 percent on every point. I appreciate this clinic, the front staff and their care and follow up. I highly recommend. She also treats my family and has been very diligent with my sons complex issues. I will update this in nov 2025 to say her client list is too busy now, wait times are 4-6 weeks. ... read more
Very thorough doctors and kind staff.
Absolutely would NOT recommend. Wife is pregnant, first issue they forgot to call her back in for an appointment leaving us to have to call in to schedule ourselves. After that appointment a referral was supposed to be sent in to see a baby Dr, 3 weeks later haven’t heard anything back so we call in to check on that - “oh I’ll send that in right now”. This doctor's office will and have cancel appointments on the day of, even after they have called to confirm. so unprofessional, the way they will treat clients is abhorrent. I have been a client for close to 10 years, in the last year the administration of this clinic is atrocious. they do not apparently know their doctor's schedules, the doctor is always 45 minutes to an hour late, if you are lucky enough to not have your appointment canceled from a phone call the day before.
