This office is so incredibly rude. It's starts at the front door. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. I had been forced to come in for a office visit rather than a virtual visit during covid 19 due to the fact that the virtual visits were booked months in advance. I only requested a refill and due to the fact that the office would not make as much money on a refill request they forced me to come into the office. Unable to properly diagnose my daughter's skin condition. Insisted she had acne (we repeatedly explained she did not - just broke out from too much moisturizer). We were misdiagnosed and prescribed over $600 in prescriptions which were totally ineffective. At 3 month visit with no change in symptoms, we were told to continue with the totally ineffective prescriptions. Months later, I diagnosed my daughter's problem as a food allergy. Eliminated one food - no skin problems, no expensive meds

Did not listen . Insisted on evaluating other parts of my body that had no relation to the problem area I had come in for. Did not do a thorough evaluation; did not examine the problem area under magnification and did not do a diagnostic skin scraping. Admitted she was not sure of the diagnosis but did nothing to investigate. Gave me two expensive prescriptions after I'd told her my insurance had no prescription coverage.

I had a skin rash that 2 medical doctors had no clue as to what it was, Dr. Gruber knew instantly what it was and gave me a prescription for it that cleared it up with in a weeks time. I trust Dr. Gruber she is experienced, caring and explains things to her patients in a way that is through, and understandable.

I had a skin rash that 2 medical doctors had no clue as to what it was, Dr. Gruber knew instantly what it was and gave me a prescription for it that cleared it up with in a weeks time. I trust Dr. Gruber she is experienced, caring and explains things to her patients in a way that is through, and understandable.

Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
