Avoid at all costs! Incredibly unprofessional, incompetent, and inexperienced doctor. Attended my video appointment while driving, had terrible connection issues, and switched to a regular call after 10 minutes. Reckless and unacceptable! Didn’t take my history properly, failed to order necessary bloodwork, and when I followed up, added new orders that I had to pay for out of pocket.
Very good guy took time and asked me details questions.
Dr. El is great. He’s kind, helpful, and responsive. His staff is great too. Excellent job!
First time here and I'm at my limit with this office. The front desk is atrocious. l've worked in a medical office myself as front desk and this employee is probably related to the doctor because he absolutely has 0 interest in being there, and could care less about your calls. I went to get my bloodwork done and they messed up my birthday and put my husbands birthday instead and it was a weekend so I couldn't even get it fixed while I was there. She was so comforting while I the hospital. She was discusses my situation, whatcaused my issues,what could be done and gave me new references + asked me to call her at any time. Loved her.
