Where to start? I Went to have done GEL nails. While the lady was removing the cuticle I was looking at the color palette I chose a pink shade, she said we don't have it, she showed me another shade of pink which it didn't convince me. So I kept looking while she was working on one of my hands. Then I chose 24 a shade of green, she said ho we don't have it. So which colors you do have? This is honestly the best hair cut I’ve had in a while, noticeably the genuine attention to detail to every snippet of their process is beautifully considered by these Artists. My daughter and I both were pleased with her new look and a better take on mine. They enjoy making people look beautiful and their best. I highly recommended this beauty shop and am extremely pleased mistook it for the larger one I thought was here (a few doors down, the vibe also is really great here). The ladies here are really rude. I took my mom which is a senior citizen and as I’m holding my mom to walk inside one of them started yelling that they were busy and that they couldn’t take her. I told her that we didn’t mind and that we could wait she yelled again no we’re busy. Then we walked out and I returned to let her know that that’s not the way to treat customers specially if we were willing to wait and pay for their best package She kept interrupting me while I talked. This place and the staff are great. Its rehab, its not going to be fun any where you go, especially a medi cal FREE rehab. Anyone that complains about this place just isn't ready to do whatever it takes to get clean. I used for 20+ years everyday and said I would never go to inpatient, I went to hope house and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Follow the rules and you'll be fine. Terrible, crazy place! I was there in March 2008, for about 10 weeks. While some of it is good and helpful, much is ridiculous. I went on to better programs. Doing well now and clean for 14+ years! Check out Phoenix House for a much better program. TY! =^..^=
