Giving a poor rating only because I'm desperate to talk to someone from the Pallative Program, and no one has called back. My husband could be gone before I hear back from them.
The most lovely people work here. The facility is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. They took great care of my Mom until she passed.
They are such caring and compassionate people here. They treated my husband in 2010 and my father in 2015 and I couldn't say enough good things about them. They treat their patients better than the hospitals do. I know they have enough nurses to a patient better than the hospitals but the way they communicate and talk to you and treat your loved ones is over and beyond what is expected.
