We felt very alone with my dying Mother. Very little contact with staff. Our saving grace was the doctor and chaplain, Jonathan, who we had to ask for. He was wonderful.

Hope hospice at health park has a very caring staff with the exception of Dr. Kreiger who is the coldest non compassionate health care "professional" I have ever encountered in my life. Refusing to reevaluate a patient or meet with the family.

Horrible. No compassion. Neglect. Total disregard for human suffering.

I get a pit in my stomach when I think of Hope Hospice. My dad was there 8 years ago and the doctor that I spoke with there was the rudest and least compassionate person I have ever met in my entire life. I HATE Hope Hospice because of him. Unfortunately my Dad died in that facility before I was able to bring him back to Connecticut. I wish I knew his name, he was a foreigner and spoke with a very heavy accent.

My mom was there for 2 weeks & it is very hard to put into words how blessed we felt that she was able to spend her last days there. The care they gave my mom was incredible! All those nurses are Angels in disguise! Hospice House is a beautiful tranquil place & my mom' room was incredible with a big window & french doors leading to lanai! I want to thank all the great nurses & other staff for the compassionate care they showed my mom!

My daddy was here for two days.... the house was beautiful and they treated my daddy like a king....all the nurses were 'Angels' in disguise and were very compassionate and sweet with daddy....first night daddy said: "Are we staying here? All of this just for me? This place is beautiful!!!" Thank you for...everything.., <3
