I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all. If I could figure out a way to call and report someone, I would. When my loved one passed, the on called nurse came in to give the time of death, she didn't say anything to my family and I. They didn't say " condolences" "I'm sorry" Nothing. We didn't even get her name.
The service my great grandmother received was excellent. The compassion and dedication to patient care is outstanding
I have a client I have been caring for a year now who has been on hospice. I convinced the husband of my client to call hope hospice. I previously knew about them from a former client who was with hope .Mrs Elizabeth is wonderful goes through all the details about the company. She's amazing . Made my clients feel very comfortable .
