They let my mama suffer. Horrible. The put mats on side of her bed the slid. Not stable. They did not stay on top of my mom’s situation. Please do not choose hope hospice for your family. You will regret it. My mom died in one month under the care of hope hospice.
We recently used Hope Healthcare and Hospice for my father in law and we couldn’t have had better hospice services. Kind, timely, available, knowledgeable and professional. The nurses, chaplain, home health aides and social worker were all greatly appreciated and so very compassionate. I would highly recommend Hope Hospice for anyone needing hospice services.
I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all. If I could figure out a way to call and report someone, I would. When my loved one passed, the on called nurse came in to give the time of death, she didn't say anything to my family and I. They didn't say " condolences" "I'm sorry" Nothing. We didn't even get her name.
The service my great grandmother received was excellent. The compassion and dedication to patient care is outstanding
