The providers and staff at Hope Health Care are always accessible, kind, and quick to address my needs. Their staff answer phones rather than place you on hold for hours. The providers listen and have excellent bed side manner. Thank you to Carmen, Michelle, Ms Lopez, Dr montoya and Dr Smyle.
I was there about 1 weeks ago. I called and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day which is great specially during this pandemic. They have new staff who are very friendly and the provider takes her time to consult you and isn’t in a rush. They made me feel very good about my visit. It’s a very friendly environment.
