Dr. Hope is wonderful. Her wait times have improved.
Her office made 2 specialist appts for me, but no one from her office let me know the appts were made. Did not recieve a reminder call, email, or text to the 1st appt & missed a very necessary appt bc no one told me about the appt they scheduled. Got a reminder call & text on the 2nd appt 2 days before appt. This appt was most likely scheduled months ago, but I was not notified this appt was made by this office. They scheduled appts without notifying me & schedule appts with their office that i did not request.
I'm VERY hard to satisfy when it comes to doctors......I want a smart, savvy, compassionate, caring professional that is heavy on smart. If you're looking for a doctor that GENUINELY CARES about your well being and will take the time required during your office visit, Dr. Hope Havener is your doctor! She is kind, listens to you, offers alternatives. You aren't rushed in and out of her office. She answers questions thru email, which is unheard of in this day and age! Caring and compassionate physician who takes her time with patients and provides them with extra info about their conditions. Highly recommend!
