I have been reaching out since December of 2025. I received paperwork to fill out about 2 weeks ago after stating that I would look for another provider due to their unprofessionalism. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I filled out everything but, refused to sign the last paper about payment. I have insurance that will cover my sessions.
