I have been reaching out since December of 2025. I received paperwork to fill out about 2 weeks ago after stating that I would look for another provider due to their unprofessionalism. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I filled out everything but, refused to sign the last paper about payment. I have insurance that will cover my sessions. They told me they accept my insurance and had me sign all the paperwork under that impression. They took all of my personal information, even though I specifically told them not to do so until my insurance was confirmed. I feel completely violated. At the last minute, they told me my insurance isn’t accepted and even called me after hours to deliver this news.
