Great staff, clean environment. Able to relax and I think I feel asleep floating, which as a poor swimmer I would have never thought possible. Glad I took a chance on this!
There customer service is top notch, very clean and can't say enough about the benefits I get from it.
The floating experience is one of the most peaceful, happy experiences i have...this time i even felt sleep because i was so relaxed. I felt that my skin glows after the session and my general mood is improved. This is the 5th time i have come and i will keep coming!
My experience at Hope Floats last night was both relaxing and exhilarating. As a meditator, this took “going within and letting go” to an entirely new level. Hope Floats has a zen vibe and CJ was wonderful, providing the perfect intro guidance as well as engaging in a great reflective discussion after the experience. The place was quaint, clean and provided all of the necessary elements for a perfect peaceful hour.
For my first float, the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room/pool was clean. However, this place is only getting 3 stars because of the following reason: I had finished my float a few minutes earlier than my friend, we were the only ones in the store at the time. When I went out to the waiting area the staff was not there. Staff member walked out as I was sitting down and announced she was heading over to 7-Eleven to grab some food/drink.
