I think they are a very good service and they truly have folks best interests at heart but I got discharged for no reason and no one didn’t even tell me nor call me and it truly broke my heart after I was told I was apart of there services then when I called back and said I was discharged and had the police come to my house for no reason knowing I didn’t say I was in a crisis at all but at the end of the day I give this company 5 stars because to me they are a good company just wish they understood my mental health cause if ... read more

I called mid-January to make a new patient appt. for my son. I was told the scheduler was out due to personal reasons. They took my information and said he would return my call once he was back in the office. I asked about their availability for new patients as I did not want to wait months to have my son seen and was assured they had new counselors coming on and we would not have to wait that long. 3 weeks later I called to follow up as I had not received a call.
