Amazing first experience at Hope Family Medicine today. From the reception professional to the nurse to the doctor. I felt comfortable and heard and a genuine sense of care. I “hope” to have many years with the Hope team (see what I did there )
My first appointment was great. It was easy to get booked, and the provider, April, was very kind and helpful. I loved that I just had to walk down the hall for a lab draw, it was so easy and a very pleasant experience.
I got the best care. Very thorough, took their time with me- heard all of my concerns- no rushing. So kind and genuine.
Very friendly and welcoming staff! All my questions were answered and I felt like they truly cared!
