As reviews say, 8 minute appointment for a lot of money. A bit dismissive attitude. Be careful with UV treatment room, they don't give you any info about anything

A total drop in experience. A few yrs back, I had Dr Hope and had a great experience this time round I visited last week and it was below average. She didn't seem interested in my concerns and I felt she just wanted to rush me out. For $350 that is a very disappointing experience.

I attended this dermatology practice for an initial consultation and, unfortunately, felt quite rushed. As a woman in my 50s, I was hoping for a more considered and personalised discussion around my skin concerns. The practice was professional, but I left feeling there wasn’t enough time taken to properly listen, explain options, or make the consultation feel reassuring. For an initial appointment, I would have appreciated a more thorough approach.
