Had a great experience today with Ms Christine, I did the Excel V laser and she did an amazing job. She was very friendly, understanding, and professional. Great addition to the hope team
Writing this on behalf of Christopher Pedley, a recent new patient. Exceptional service. Dr Hope herself is a very empathetic, caring and knowledgable doctor. Reception are also very friendly, efficient, and exactly the right sort of people you would want to greet you as you enter the practice. Professional, with just the right sort of banter to put you at ease. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience with Dr Hope Dinh when I went for her to check my alopecia and get steroid injections. I was pretty upset as this was the first time I had been to a specialist and the alopecia has been making me anxious and stressed. Whilst I was upset I felt that Dr Hope was very unsympathetic and it felt that me being upset was a big inconvenience to her.
