Had a mole removed from my face. I have a history of keloid scars and was worried about scarring as the mole was very central. Dr Hope and the team was amazing and thorough with the aftercare. I have minimal scarring now. I'm very happy with the treatment and outcome
Was referred for a biopsy for a suspected skin cancer, but charged for a skin check because the nurse wasn't available for biopsy for the first appointment - even though I they had the referral when I made the appointment and I was clear when I called about what I needed: a suspected skin cance biopsy, not a skin check. I had to make and pay for a second appointment for the biopsy for the suspected skin cancer. They ignored the referral and sent the results to my old GP, rather than my current GP who referred me, even though... read more
Dr Joy and Jasmina are absolutely beautiful, kind and exceptionally skilled clinicians. I am truly grateful and deeply thankful that I was referred to this clinic. This is honestly the best dermatologist clinic I have ever been to.
