Dr Hope was unbelievably unhelpful for my dermatitis. She misdiagnosed my dermatitis as perioral dermatitis when it is seborrheic dermatitis and proceeded to worry about my earwax build up rather than helping with issue. I paid $350 for a prescription of antibiotics that my gp prescribed to me for free :)
Dr Hope, the nurse and everyone I saw from start to finish have been so professional, kind and helpful for my treatments and surgery. Highly recommend!
In my opinion, the service was very overpriced at $450. We chose this practitioner mainly because their waitlist wasn’t as long, but the consult lasted only a few minutes and we weren’t given a clear plan or step-by-step instructions... more of a use thus and come back again. When I later Googled information about teen acne, the advice online was actually clearer and more helpful, and the products recommended were just over-the-counter items. Really happy with my experience at Hope Dermatology. Hope was lovely to deal with. She was calm, clear and genuinely caring. I felt looked after the whole way through and would highly recommend dealing with her and her team.
