I've come here for the past few years, I've wanted to change dentists for a while now, but due to the hassle, I stayed. HUGE MISTAKE!! The dentist asked The receptionist if my insurance needed a prior authorization before she did partial dentures for my top teeth and the receptionist told her it didn't, so she just did it, despite me telling her several times that I didn't want them, if I had to pay anything for them! Totally amazing staff! Haven't had my teeth touched and over 10 years! I had at least 15 cavities, they did with me and my anxiety and the Final Touch was today when they built my friend tooth back up so it wasn't chipped! I have my smile back! Thank you to the ladies at Hope Dental in Worcester!!
