Knowledgeable, good team.
I went to Hope Cyclery for some adjustments on a bike I bought at another local shop that ended up being a very poor fit. I eventually purchased a nice Kona from Hope that is WAY more comfortable, because they took the time to make sure it was a good fit. They also host weekly rides from their shop that are super fun and do a ton for the community. Highly recommend the guys at Hope!
Jarrod is a top notch person. I brought my road bike into to get a tire changed and a new tube. After looking over my tire, he informed me he would feel guilty trying to sell me a new tire. I previously dealt with with Fat Jimmy's and have had a horrible experience. I highly recommend everyone to go to Hope Cyclery.
Very nice owner. Looked at my bike and had an estimate before I even got home. Explained what was bad and why, answered all my questions about other bikes I was interested it. Highly recommend HopeCycle for all your bicycling needs. They will take care of you.
