My father died in Nov of 2022, we used their services for less than 24 hrs and my mothers initial deposit covered our expenses and my credit card was given prior to my fathers passing incase any extra charges occurred. On Jan 18, 2023 they charged me $1500. I called, was refunded, apologized too and was promised that it wouldn’t happen again. Now on May 18, 2023 they have charged me another $1500 without warning. I have the opportunity to volunteer at this facility and serve all the families who have lost loved ones and how caring and loving the staff is to all the fsmilie.
