Chad has been an amazing and communicative nurse. During this bout of illness, I've often felt concerns later proven to be valid were dismissed by physicians and residents. Two days ago, Chad encouraged me to go to the ER when my wound discharge looked like pseudomonas after learning my recent history with that infection. At the hospital, all tests came back normal but the ER doc said he wanted to be certain he exhausted all tests so also ordered a CT scan. This company is great! They came as soon as I needed and started my care. They have been with us for months for IV services. I highly recommend this home care, They have been the best Home care company I have had. Very professional staff and nurses and the Director us very involved and responsive.
