Had a telehealth appointment and her camera was off. Sounded like a male voice and I don’t even believe that it was the provider I scheduled with. Finally when I went to get my lab work done, my labs were never sent to Labcorp, and I fasted until 1 pm for no reason. Awful service
Getting an annual Oct 2023 and receiving NO RESPONSE for an overview of lab work after SEVERAL calls to the office is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I also now need to refill a prescription and they won't pick up the phone. 6 months out and absolutely nothing. Beware!!
Very careless doctor- would not recommend, she has horrible communication and doesn't appear to use data to drive her advice or next steps as a doctor. She appears like she cares and wants to follow through with your care but she does not. Completely ignored me after advising me to take preventive care steps and didn't my bloodwork or lab results.
I went to visit this doctor for a medical issue. I was seen and told to wait for my lab results I got them and called her and never received a call back to discuss my next option. It’s been two weeks now, she really makes you think she cares but she doesn’t.
