I cannot begin to express how grateful to the entire staff of Hope for their generosity, willingness to help, and knowledge and care. I called them this morning about my male cat, who I thought perhaps had a UTI, but I wasn't certain. There was a large possibility of a blockage, which would require surgery. After talking to Julie, and explaining my personal situation (I do not drive as I am blind from a brain tumor), she volunteered to come and pick him up immediately.
