Dr. Dube's primary work is as a Medical Director; she currently does direct patient care in her own time. She did not seem to have the capacity to respond in a timely manner when I needed help from her. She did offer me a refund when I expressed I was not happy with her care. I did not ask her for a refund, so that was a nice gesture.
