I wish I could vote for 10 stars! I'm a return customer who is always amazed at what Amy comes up with, from funeral arrangements to every other occasion or need, the flowers are wonderful and affordable. I've heard back from more than one recipient that the flowers from Hope and Faith looked better and smelled better than any others there. Keep up the great job!! A+++++

If there was a way to give no stars I would. I feel that they are unprofessional and they don't follow through on there promises to handle complaints. I had a horrible experience on Valentines day and wrote a post on their page hoping for them to help fix the issue. They wrote me to tell me to write a email with more details so they could resolve the issue. I have since sent the email to them four times and still have not heard back. The flowers were great! Thanks Kelly you did a great job. I got flowers for my mother in law on the 12th and today is the 19th . 7 days and here are the pictures that I took today. Guess I will have to post the pics on the Facebook page
